Market-Based Salaries
We provide competitive compensation, including annual performance bonuses, discretionary spot bonuses and award bonuses.
Paid Time Off
Full-time employees accrue 120 hours of PTO per year for three years, with time off increasing after year four.
Paid Holidays
We offer 11 paid holidays annually, including 5 floating holidays that can be flexed to fit your schedule.
